I'm a college student studying world politics (specifically global poverty and development). I'm heavily invested in social justice both in the US and abroad.
I was raised Anglican, but have developed more liberal religious and political views. At its core, my faith boils down to "God is Love".
I'm androromantic (attracted to male-identifying individuals regardless of biology) and asexual. I'm female, but identify along the lines of gender apathetic or agender - I wouldn't be comfortable in a relationship where I was expected to act "feminine". I don't want to be a "girlfriend" - I want to be an intimate friend and confidant who you happen to be in a relationship with.
I'm an INTJ, so I'm not big on small talk and find flattery very off-putting (I want you to talk TO me, not about me at me). I'm much more likely to respond to unusual moral/philosophical questions or some musings of your own than a comment on my appearance. Be warned, however, I am very likely to ramble in such a way that I end up *nalyzing several additional moral and existential quandaries in my response. Ultimately what I'm looking for is someone who can both initiate such musings and provide observations of their own. If that leads to some kind of romantic relationship, great. If not, I'm cool with just being friends. I'm not sure where I'm going to be living after I graduate, and I can't travel much while in school anyway, so basically anything is going to be long distance for the time being.
For the more standard list of interests, besides social justice there's reading fiction (Harry Potter, Miss Marple, anything scifi/fantasy with a social commentary bent), watching tv (Doctor Who, Buffy, Gravity Falls, NCIS) and journaling (I'm a compulsive introspector). I'm very close to my sisters, and love talking about sibling relationships. It is my mission in life to make every dog love me. Would consider adopting children 7+ years down the road with a spouse.
