Special Kind of Friend Well, perhaps I'm in the wrong place, because it seems like most of the people on this site are thinking "no S-- before marriage." Well, I'm thinking "no sex" and "no marriage." I'm not against sex, and I'm not against marriage ... I've just had my fill of both and am looking for neither. I'm looking for a special kind of intimacy with a woman who is as committed to keeping things nonsexual as I am. Surely there is more to life -- and relationships -- than what I've experienced!

I am very spiritually oriented, also very committed to volunteer work at my church, which is Methodist. I'm not at all materially driven, am living a simple life, and like it that way. I've been married twice, have three grown children from my first marriage, a stepdaughter from my second marriage, and have been amicably separated since the beginning of the year.

I am focused these days on healthy living -- being physically fit, watching what I eat, spending time outdoors walking, hiking, swimming, etc. Sure would be nice to have a close friend to share that with.
