I am currently working on three Civil War research books which have taken me well over a three years to complete. I am also trying to start up an art portrait business after working years in retail (got really sick of it). I currently rent out an apartment with my disabled parents who I help with various needs (shopping, cleaning, etc.; my Mom and Dad both have heart troubles and my Mom has a hard time getting around due to no cartalidge in her knees).
