I am 33 and I choose the longlife celibacy because of my religious views
( 1 Corinthians 7,34-3. I love God with all my heart and soul and I would like to give my life to Him completely and to be holy both in body and in spirit.

I chose to be a lifelong celibate too because I want to dedicate my entire being to my Heavenly Father. I am certainly not against marriage however I do believe that human s----l activities stems from the fallen nature not from the Divine image in which man was created

I've explored the idea of religious celibacy from a Pagan perspective. I wonder if anyone else has.

I became a Christian at age 18. I gave up S-- in January 2013. I am hoping that I will have the will power to refram from S-- for the rest of my life. I am just starting this journey at age 21.

`My perspective is tantric Buddhist, but also pagan on the worldly level, or I might call it one level of consciousness - what's my heritage. I've been 9 months celibate now. For me it comes down to having wet dreams now and then. I think they tell things about myself and my sub-conscious processes, so they're actually also a tool for being mindful about myself.
