Hi folks!

So glad to be here! I have been celibate for several years and only recently have taken a stance to keep it that way... possibly for life, but I'm open to possibly changing that if I re-marry, depending....

It was when I began to meditate that I realized the disruption that happens in the se---lly active mind. It doesn't even have to be the act of sex, but the emotions and thoughts as well. So, my reasons are psychological as well as spiritual.
