|Posted: Post subject: Low-Fat, High-Fiber Dishes
|I'm on a diet!!! WOW! I mean - a weight-loss one! I've never been on one of those before.
I chose the 4-day Diet. I stumbled onto it online. I like that it's all natural. Ya just drastically increase the fiber content so you get really full. I find it's a really easy diet to stick to. It doesn't feel dramatic to me because I usually ate this way.
Still, I'll get bored if I'm to do this for 6 months. So if anyone can share recipes, that'd be great!
I don't weigh myself, but I imagine I'd like to lose 20 pounds. That should get me back to about a size 0 as I was 5 years ago. I felt really good then. (I'm only 5'1" so it's not as skinny as it sounds. If I were 5'5" then that would be unhealthy.) My daughter thinks I'll achieve that in 6 mos.
I'm also doing advanced Tae Bo (only half the workout) and walking every day.
